Laura Walker has been working on some programmes for retired people who want to be pro-active about their brain health.

Age is one of the biggest risks when it comes to dementia but it isn't the only risk and there's a whole lot more that can be done. 

Over the coming months Laura will be hosting online web classes and seminars for retired people who would like to do all they can to stave off dementia.

The first web class is taking place on the 8th February.
