EVERYONE will interact with someone living with dementia. Sometimes we can feel lost in knowing the best way to approach, or what to say and the sad fact is that the outcome of this is that people shy away from saying anything at all or avoiding conversations incase they get it wrong.
People with dementia need human connection more than anything else and you can make an amazing difference in your community if you can do this confidently and with an understanding of some of the difficulties you can help with.
